CDMA Version of Motorola RAZR Launched

December 7th, 2005

The sophisticated Motorola RAZR is now ready to be experienced by users of CDMA technology. In addition to the phone’s coveted ultra-thin design, the Motorola RAZR V3c comes equipped with Verizon Wireless V CAST multimedia service. V CAST from Verizon Wireless is the first true wireless broadband multimedia service in the country, allowing customers to view crystal clear
video clips on demand.

V CAST programming includes content from trusted news sources, the greatest sports and a huge variety of entertainment programs. V CAST runs on Verizon Wireless’ Evolution-Data Optimized (EV-DO) network – the largest high-speed wireless broadband network in the United States. The V CAST coverage area, which mirrors the Verizon Wireless EV-DO network, is available to more than 140 million Americans in 171 major metropolitan markets and is expanding coast to coast.

Hidden in its slim shape is powerful technology, including a 1.3 megapixel camera, EvDO technology for video-on-demand and broadband-like connections and Bluetooth wireless technology. Video capabilities and an integrated MP3 player complete the mobile entertainment offerings.

The Motorola RAZR V3c is expected to be available in Q4 2005 and the expected price is about $199.99 after $100 rebate with two-year contract.
