Fuel Laptops!

There will be a demonstration on “fuel laptops” which are apparently ready for production by AVC and Antig Tech. This is set to take place at the CeBIT trade show in the coming week.

PC Magazine reports ‘the fuel cell as big as a CD-ROM will fit within the media bay of the laptop, replacing the drive with additional battery power.’

There are reports which say that the battery is extremely good and will last for a minimum of eight hours. The fuel generates 45W power with only a single methanol tank. The tank would weight approx 3.6 pounds.

A sharp lcd tv is of no use if it is not a part of some dashing home theater systems complete with xbox 360 hd dvd player and one of those ancient vcr setups. It is like the top digital cameras use that keeps changing.
