To get a free merchant account nowadays is the thing. People hear about how cc processing companies offer merchant accounts, but few know that these can be obtained freely too. Now, there is absolutely no fee annual or one time to obtain your merchant account.

You can contact your business banker regarding this and they will provide you more information on this. If your personal banker cannot provide you with this info then you can look at other banks who can get you a free merchant account.

What is most important is that you use your merchant account. If you get one and dont use it , it will be a tremendous waste of resources. Offer your clients multiple options of payment and make effective use of the account.
